A Mountain Top Widow's Retreat We feel that we are filling several gaps for these women as we offer the best news in the world, a wonderful well rounded program, ministering to the whole person, and a great setting in the woods, and of course, an incomparable price. Our speaker is a wonderful Christian widow, wife of a pastor, a survivor of cancer, who has a Masters in Ministry and a doctorate in Theology. She is a radio personality with a message that declares, "Exchanging hurt for hope." She is passionate about sharing how "God takes the ashes of our losses, bitterness, and mistakes and turns them into something remarkably beautiful." We are excited about this new ministry in our Women's department as we not only are having this retreat but attempting to build a specific ministry via the web that can address ongoing troubles and questions for both believing and non-believing widows among us.
