We offer several different meeting rooms that can accommodate groups up to 500 people. The size of your group will determine the meeting space that you are assigned. Our meeting rooms are equipped with standard audio/visual packages. Packages include basic sound equipment, mics, projector and screen, white boards, and more. In addition, each room is set-up with purified water dispensers, comfortable padded chairs, and tables.
Cedar Chapel (For groups up to 500)
Our flagship meeting room comes with all the bells and whistles! It can accommodate up to 320 guests (with chairs) and up to 500 guests (without chairs). Our Cedar Chapel is generally reserved for the largest group on camp.

Oak Lodge and Manzanita Lodge (For groups up 150)
These meeting rooms are great for creating an atmosphere of togetherness. These meeting spaces can accommodate groups up to 150. The layout lends itself well for smaller groups as well, giving your group room to work and fellowship.

Hope and Faith Great Rooms (For groups up to 70)
These great rooms are located inside of our Hotel Style Lodges. Each room offers a cozy living room feel with a rock fireplace, comfortable chairs, and the convenience of being right inside your lodge. You will find these rooms extremely comfortable and accommodating!

Pine Cone and Fireside (For groups of 40 or less)
For smaller groups that don’t need sound equipment, we offer our Pine Cone and Fireside rooms. Pine Cone can accommodate 40 guests and Fireside can accommodate up to 35.
